Is There Not A Cause
The sermon centers on the transformative power of faith and the presence of God in overcoming life's giants, drawing from the story of David and Goliath to illustrate that true courage arises not from human strength but from divine purpose and trust. It emphasizes that believers are called to recognize a higher cause—proclaiming the living God in a world that opposes Him—by relying on God's faithfulness rather than worldly resources or personal ability. Through personal testimony, the preacher reveals how God uses ordinary moments, past hardships, and spiritual disciplines to shape believers into vessels of wisdom and comfort, likening the believer's journey to a brook smoothed by trials or a coffee bean transformed by fire and grind. The core message is that every believer, shaped by God's refining process, is equipped to offer 'smooth stones'—practical wisdom and spiritual truth—to others facing their own giants, thereby advancing God's glory and fulfilling His promise to fill the earth with His knowledge.

OPENING WORSHIP EXHORTATION
"Just reach out and touch Him… He is here, amen?"
Church, I believe He's here. I was thinking while the music was playing about that time Jesus sent the disciples out in the boat—and a storm came on them. And when He came walking on the water, they thought He was a ghost. They didn't know what they were seeing. But Jesus spoke and said, "It is I… be of good courage… do not fear."
And I want you to catch this:
What separates celebrating in life from being captivated by fear is the presence of the Lord.
