Sheep? NOT A Complement. But Jesus loves us anyway
Series The Just Shall Live By Faith
Pastor Chronister went overtime on last Sunday’s sermon. How could that happen? We are shocked. So for you folks on the Internet, he will gladly cover what you didn't get at the last recording.
Okay... this pastor is going to drive most of you away screaming by telling us exactly what God is calling us by referring to us as sheep. This talk is called, Mucus, Maggots and Dingleberries. But Jesus loves us anyway.
Pastor gives us a quote from a hateful atheist. And it seems that most Christians are unable to respond to it; except by the occasional, “Oh yah?” Well... Here at Cliffside we correct that. We are ignorant-phobic. You'll find this part of the lecture very educational and informative.
And speaking of mail, now we go to letters from our "vast" Internet audience. And Pastor wants us to call the Rapture, The Sign of the Taking of the Bride. (I know. It doesn’t role off the tongue like “Rapture” does. Maybe I should talk to him about that... Not. We like weird.)
Jennifer asks about 2 Thessalonians 2:11. And Louise asks about the rapture being shrouded in darkness. Then we have James from Texas. Who will notice the sign of the taking of the bride? Or is it... something different? This is great stuff. There's places in this part where I can't type for laughing so hard. So I’ll stop here.
Enjoy the lecture. If you have any questions you’d like to ask Pastor Chronister, please feel free to call or write. And by all means, if you’d like to just encourage him, let him know.
Our thanks go out to those of you who support this ministry. We’re about to do some really cool stuff, so stay tuned.
