Pray at all Times

In Ephesians 6:18, Paul admonishes us with four “alls” of prayer. The second is pray at all times. Throughout the Pauline epistles we find similar admonitions such as 1 Thessalonians 5:17, “pray without ceasing.” While this is not a command for continual formal prayers, it is an admonition to live with a posture of prayer, praying habitually and regularly, at all times and on all occasions. The people of God are a people of prayer.
