Overcoming Faith

"There is nothing too hard for You." At times, in God's providence, things come into our lives that cause us to struggle. We see Jeremiah in prison accused of defecting to the Chaldeans. He buys a useless piece of land demonstrating his faith in God. He believed God and practiced what he preached even in difficult situations. The Sovereign Lord is indeed sovereign in our circumstances. Life is full of bitter disappointments. We must not lose heart. Faith does triumph and like Jeremiah, we should rejoice in the promises of God.
