The Seriousness of Sin

Jesus has just finished warning the Pharisees that there is a hell and the ones in it are not who they thought would be in it. In fact, His warning has emphasized that they are in danger of going to this place of torment. Yet as His disciples have been listening, they have heard also of the reality of Paradise. If we combine this with Matthew 18, we can see that they start to again debate who will be the greatest in the kingdom. Due to this, Jesus again places a child before them and emphasizes the seriousness of sin. Join us as we look at why He would do this.
