Excursus - The Purging of Zion and the Present Corruption

Zechariah's second burden presents significant interpretive challenges, and these challenges come into sharp focus in chapter 13 with Lord's promise to purge all uncleanness and falseness from His people and land. This message considers this promise in the light of the larger burden and the overall scriptural witness to the "Christ event" and the Lord's fulfillment of His purposes for His creation.
