The Resurrection (Mary Magdalene)

Last week we looked at Christ and His power. In Revelation 3:7 He describes Himself as “These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth.” This is the God who opened the door to heaven, opened the grave, and opened the Holy of Holies. He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father but by Him (John 14:6). Today we want to look into the start of the appearances of Christ. There is so much that we can learn. He is the one who went ahead to open the door, but His appearances also show us that He came to us to bring us in. Let’s start today with His appearance to a special lady, Mary of Magdalene.
