To Stand Before the Church

Today Pastor Wayne Sanders continues his series on the church and how it is structured. Today we look at the bishops or overseers or elders, sometimes referred to as the pastors of a church. Pastors are to look over the affairs of the church and stand before the church. So what do they do as they stand before the church? What is their function? Are they servants or are they to be served?
