Value the Ministry (Tithing Not Typical but Still Typical)

God reminds the rebellious church that His ministers serving their redeemed lives are very valuable. Paul uses vss. 21 and 31 of this chapter in Numbers by allusion in 1 Corinthians 9:13-14 to demonstrate the same expectation for tithing to support full-time ministry of the NT Church as an ongoing typical practice (and not an expired theocratic type). Ephesians 4's quoting of Psalm 68:18 is also very relevant and addressed.
