The LORD Required Obedience

I am the LORD your God. Our obedience and the obedience of the Israelites in the Old Testament is required because of this simple and short indicative. Rules and laws are a benefit to us. Imagine a house with no rules and the children that are generally the products of a house like this. The laws and statutes of God are meant to protect us and allow us to worship him according to his perfect will.
