I'm Listening

God had a problem with the people of Israel because they were complaining that He was not blessing them. They believed they were doing what they were supposed to do but they were only going through the motions. They begin to look around at the idolatrous people and saying that they were being blessed by their god, but Israel's God was not blessing them. They began to drift toward idolatry. There were a faithful few who continued to band together and serve God in a way that was pleasing to Him and God noticed! When the grass seems greener on the other side of the fence, take a second look. It could be that we are looking the wrong way.
