Why We Can Trust God - Part 125 - The Giving God

When we are overwhelmed with the difficulties of life, it often appears that He is not in control or His control is not taking things in a direction that we like or are comfortable living under. Since God intends that we walk by faith and not by sight we must know just Whom we are trusting in. Of primary importance is our understanding of His perfect character. Here we look at the wonderful gift of life, both physical life and spiritual or eternal life. Having been created by Him in the first place we, as believers in the Lord Jesus Christ, have been given the infinitely valuable gift of eternal life that only He can give. Here we are looking at what Scripture reveals concerning God’s promise to Abraham and to his offspring. God stated that those who cursed the Jews would be cursed and those who blessed them would be blessed. Here we begin to look at the prophecy of a coming invasion of Israel and who the nations are that will comprise the invading army and what the God of Israel will accomplish through the destruction of these armies on the mountains of Israel.
