Qualification of an Overseer 4
Series Church Leaders Qualifications
Purpose: Today we shall consider 3 last of the 15 qualifying characteristics of an elder so that we would know what to look and pray for in a pastor and also to grow in these characteristics ourselves.
An Overseer must lead his family well (v.4-5)
An Overseer must not be a new convert (v.6)
An Overseer must have good reputation with others (v.7)
