Overview of Romans

Written in the middle of the first century by Paul, the letter to the Romans is the most profound book in existence. Although Romans was written to the Romans to help them comprehend justification (the act of being found 'not guilty') by faith, the letter is the first complete oratory on the plan of God after Jesus was risen and ascended into glory. It explains the plight of humanity - that every person is languishing in an unresolved conflict with God caused by sin and the ​resulting separation and death ​c​aused by ​the carnal nature.
