As I look at media, the nature of social media conversations, the focus and effectiveness of conference material, and the context of life for the believer in a modern world. If we are honest with ourselves, we admit to several subconscious and even intentional addictions, symptoms, habits, routines and lifestyles choices that make the soil for deep and rich Biblical spiritually hard to cultivate today.
