Forgiveness and Fear: Being a Christian

Justification and sanctification are central to the Christian life and are procured by Christ's active and passive obedience to the law. Both are matters of great rejoicing and should produce godly fear and reverence to God. As the old man of sin is done away with, the new life must conform more and more to God's righteous requirements.
