What must I do to inherit eternal life?

This is perhaps one of the most well-known, but neglected parables in the entire Bible.
A great many people have heard the story of the Good Samaritan.
And there are a number of important questions in this text…and in particular we will seek to answer the 1st question that this lawyer asks.
What shall I do to inherit eternal life?
Is this not indeed a legitimate question? I cannot declare boldly enough to you, how important it is that you are able to answer this question.
