How Do You Measure

Paul mentions six things that equip a man for the ministry and, though he may not have them in the same measure that the apostles had them, yet he will have them in some measure. This is the reason we examine men, and lay hands upon them, to set them apart to the ministry of the God. We are affirming that they are equipped by God for the work.
