Justification by Works

The bible makes a lot of statements with respect to justification. It says we are justified by works, by faith, by the blood, by grace, as a free gift and by God. Right division of the topic is required to reconcile these statements with one another into harmonious gospel truth. This sermon takes a look at justification by works and explains that it is an evidence of bedrock justification by the obedience of one (Rom 5:19) which is justification by God himself. (Rom 8:33) Justification by works does not MAKE a man righteous, indeed it cannot (Rom 3:20). Good works make a declaration of righteousness that demonstrates that one has been made righteous by the Lord Jesus Christ. (Rom 5:19)
