End Time Concerns and Comfort!

This sermon was preached on the last Sunday of December 2012. I thought in light of the end of the world predictions of the Mayan Calendar and the end of the new year would be a good time to be encouraged by the words and admonitions in this passage.

We saw that the Apostle Paul was intending the comfort the the believers that God's purpose and plan would continue and succeed whether we are dead or alive at the return of Christ. We will consider:

1. The God-Centered Focus of this Comfort
2. The Three-fold Goal of this Comfort
   and 3. The Super-Assurance of this Comfort.
