Christ On The Tree

Christmastime is a time of the year when Christians can take advantage of a golden opportunity to preach the Gospel.

Although much of the intended meaning of the holiday is obscured by Santa, snowmen, reindeer and materialism, we can still be a light in the darkness to point people to the wonderful story of the Birth of Jesus Christ, as found in Scripture.

In this message, we encourage you to use the Christmas tree as it is typically decorated to teach the truths of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

NOTE: This message does not deal with the claims made against the use of the Christmas tree by Christians. We hope to provide an audio message on this subject at a later date. For now, please note that BBBF does not believe Jeremiah 10 refers to the modern Christmas tree and much of what is said against Christmas trees is absolutely bogus. We choose to avoid vain argumentation and to take advantage of the opportunity to point the lost, dying world to the Cross of Jesus Christ.
