Jesus The Messiah. A Unique Man, An Unparalleled Introduction

In this first section we want to look at the Unimaginable Person of Jesus Christ. And as we do that we will look at Christ as Messiah. I want you to walk away from this being able to say " I love the Trinity." Christians should not live their lives as functional Modalist, which is that old Sebalian heresy that denies the Trinity.
So far we have discussed the Doctrine of God. I began by giving you a Trinitarian Introduction.
Then we looked at God the Father, and I left you with this quote:
The distinctiveness of the "person" of God the Father is found in His particular Attributes as displayed in His Decretive and Sovereign Will. He does everything in His own Sovereign good pleasure and for his own Glory, influenced by nothing of His own creation.
Next, we began our look into God the Son, as the Second "Person" of the Trinity.
We ended up with this quote:
The distinctiveness of the "Person" of God the Son is found in His particular attributes as displayed in His Equality, Untiy, and Obedience to the Decree of God the Father. This is seen in His Incarnation, as the Public display of the the Divine GodHead. Also in His Discharge of His uniques offices as our One eternal mediator, in Prophet, Priest and King.
In the Old Testament, God promised that He would send His own anointed one who would be the savior of His people Israel. This Anointed One would be in the Line of David and would reign forever according to 2 Sm 7:16. Unfortunately there was a long line of vile Kings who did what was right in their own eye's. Because of this God allowed and dispatched the Assyrians, and the Babylonians, to bring them under judgment and to cause them to be nearly assimilated.
