Religious Thieves & Robbers

Jesus presents Himself as the only door to salvation, warning that those who enter by any other means—whether through deception, self-righteousness, or false teachings—are thieves and robbers who seek to steal, kill, and destroy. Drawing on the metaphor of a sheepfold, He emphasises that genuine followers recognise His voice, are called by name, and follow Him as the good shepherd who leads them to life and pasture; this is in contrast to false teachers who exploit and devour the flock.
