Forbid Water?

Like John the Baptist men can only baptize with water; only Jesus can baptize with the Holy Ghost. Water baptism is God's sign and seal of the promise that He made to His people that Scripture and the Holy Ghost would continue with the church until the end of the age, through all generations of the godly even after the Redeemer had come.
