Why Believers Do Church

What is the main reason that we congregate or assemble? What is the purpose of the Church?
Many will give answers to these questions in general.
Ryan gave the most biblical points:
For us (the Church-congregation) to celebrate the salvation received thru Christ's Death and to invite others to join the celebration of having the Gospel preached and be saved.
