Joseph in the New Testament
Series A Journey Through Genesis
It is only this experience that is recorded and referenced in the New Testament. The story of Joseph endures for thirteen chapters of Genesis (37-50). This is about the same amount of space allocated to Abraham, the hero of faith. But while Abraham is referenced and quoted frequently in the NT, Joseph is mentioned only four time. I want to look at those four incidents this evening.
