Of God's Decree
Two guiding principles for our Study.

1. Our doctrine must be consistent with the entire witness of the Scriptures of Chapter 1.
2. Our doctrine must be consistent with the God of Chapter 2.

Characteristics of God's Decree

1. God's Decree is One Decree.
2. God's Decree relates to His comprehensive knowledge.
3. God's Decree relates to both God and Man.
4. God's Decree is distinguished from the acts of History.
