Babylon is Fallen: Heaven's Hallelujah Wedding of Holy Bride
Series Revelation
In Rev 18 the Church was called out from Babylon before her judgment and then four responses were recorded after her judgment: first, the kings, merchants, and sailors in alliance with Babylon lamented; then the Church was called to respond in rejoicing.
Now with Rev 19 we see heaven's response of a "Hallelujah Chorus": first, in a "funeral" for Harlot Babylon in vv1-5; then in a wedding for the Bride and the Lamb in vv6-10. This sermon covers vv6-10 and gives even more reasons for the heavenly worship in response to the final judgment as an encouragement to our worship here as we wait for it there.
And the greatest encouragement is the unimpeded reign of Christ over all, with His people joining with Him after being joined to Him at the glorious wedding of the Lamb and His Bride.
