Prayer

Ephesians 6:10-18. V. 18 is an exhortation to prayer. We've had exhortation as to the armor we are to put on, which is the gospel that becomes graces to us. But we are not just sent out to fight. We are exhorted earnestly to prayer – all around, all the time, everywhere, in all circumstances. Just to have the armor is not the same as having strength and power. Prayer is the link with God that provides that strength and power for the fight.
