The Curious Case of Jephtah

Purpose: Today we see three lessons on searching our heart and not self-deceiving ourselves that we are spiritually okay when we are not so that we will then diligently and genuinely walk with God through Jesus Christ.

Do not be self-deceived that being thought highly by others means you cannot fall (v.1-11)
Do not be self-deceived that merely knowing the Bible intellectually means you cannot fall (v.12-28)
Do not be self-deceived that our good works is the basis for God’s grace (v.29-31)
