GUARDING OUR HEARTS FOR CONTINUAL REVIVAL02

GUARDING OUR HEARTS FOR CONTINUAL REVIVAL.God desires His people—especially men—to live in continual revival, not occasional spiritual highs followed by dryness. While God's love and the Holy Spirit's presence are constant, our hearts must be guarded if the flow of spiritual life is to remain strong and unhindered. In this lesson, we learned that revival is preserved through intentional obedience and daily spiritual discipline. Just as rivers can be blocked, so the work of God in a man's heart can be restricted by sin, distractions, wrong affections, and unguarded attitudes. Scripture calls us not merely to receive God's work, but to keep it.Jesus invites thirsty men to come and drink, promising rivers of living water flowing from within. Paul reminds us that we must continually be filled with the Spirit—an ongoing, deliberate choice. Together, these truths teach us that revival is sustained when we protect what God is doing in our hearts.Continual revival does not happen by accident. It is the result of guarded hearts, ordered steps, and surrendered lives. As men who desire to walk in God's ways, we must diligently protect the work God is doing within us so that the rivers of living water can flow freely—bringing life, strength, and blessing to our homes, our church, and our world."The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD."May we walk those steps faithfully, guarding our hearts for the glory of God.
