[11/03/2024 PM] - “Thoroughly Humiliated; Still Messiah” - Mark 15:27-32

This Lord's day we will spend it carefully studying the events surrounding our Lord on the cross. In the morning we take up Mark 15.21-26 and continue at 27-32 in the evening. In both passages the work of the Lord in His suffering on the cross is brought to bear in our lives. May He richly sustain us in His Word, but His Spirit.

Theme: The fact of the three-fold humiliation of Jesus confirms Him to us as Messiah!

Numbered with the transgressors, He is rejected as the Prophet

Numbered with the transgressors, He is rejected as Priest

Numbered with the transgressors, He is rejected as King

Humbled by crucifixion, we exalt Him as our Messiah!
