The Church: God's Hospital

The LORD Jesus Christ ordained that every believer be connected to other believers, and as we search the New Testament, we cannot find lone-wolf Christians there, people who sit at home by themselves.

This gathering of believers has specific structures and tasks according to the New Testament, and it is called the church.

Though there are extraordinary circumstances, as a general rule, it is in the church alone that people experience liberty from a guilty conscience and all the things that flow out of unconfessed sin.

Participation in the life of a local church is essential for our growth in Christ and service to him.
