She should have known better, don’t you think? How could Mary, the mother of Jesus (along with Jesus’ younger half-brothers), have missed the significance of her Son’s incredibly fast-paced Galilean ministry? She knew He was the Messiah! Here is a fascinating account of how Jesus’ family struggled to come to grips with Jesus’ divine identity. What does it mean to be a member of Christ’s family?
