Four Preliminary Observations

1. He did not quit doing what was right (vv. 13, 14).
2. He did not stop showing concern for God’s people.
3. He did not give up thinking about this (v. 16).
4. He did not abandon worshipping God (v. 17).
   I. We need to meet God and we need His help to turn us (v. 17).
   II. We must think about everything spiritually.
