Our Union With Christ—Part 3

In verses 18 and 19, Paul returned to the main concern of his analogy: that there is a parallel between Adam and Christ in that condemnation and justification respectively, are the direct fruits of their actions. With Adam as their representative head, all those who are now believers (along with all humanity) sinned and fell when Adam sinned. With Christ as their representative head, all believers (the new humanity) are "made righteous" in Christ.
