If God be against us who can be for us?

If God be against us who can be for us? Often times we run into great difficulty. Every possible obstacle and then some suddenly appears before us, and we are left to wonder if anything can go right? There are even instances where we wonder if God is on our side or not? How can we get anything done if there is only constant trouble?
