Be Faithful To Carry Out The Lord's Mission for His Church

The disciples asked about the Kingdom. They were ready for it. They were ready for a break, ready to sit with Jesus as He reigns. But now is not the time for rest and ease, but a time to go out into the world, clothed with power from on high, and to witness concerning Jesus Christ and the things He has done. The disciples listened, and all learned what we too must remember, the Kingdom of God is not about me and my best life now. We must remember the lost and strive to lead them to Christ.
