Are the proof-text that Paedobaptist use as further supports for Infant Baptism valid?

Today we continue answering this question by examining whether children of believers are members of the church since they are called saints, as they say, according to Eph. 1:1; 6:1; Col. 1:2; 3:20.

Is it true that, "The Visible Church does not consist exclusively of the Regenerate" since Jesus, "Our Lord expressly forbids the attempt being made. He compares his external kingdom, or visible Church, to a field in which tares and wheat grow together." (Charles Hodge) based on Matt. 13:24-30. Is that what Jesus said?
