The Indwelling of the Holy Spirit

As the Jewish celebration of Pentecost was taking place, the miraculous event of the Holy Spirit coming down took place.

Several things to note:

1. Tongues were an actual language
2. Tongues were more a gift to the hearer than to the speaker.
3. Those who were not in attendance missed out on an incredible blessing of being there for this event.
4. Many were saved.
