Paul's Prayer of Thanksgiving

Exposition of Paul's prayer of thanksgiving for the Corinthian church. Thanksgiving is a constant thread in Paul's Epistles. He even had cause for thanksgiving with a carnal church like the Corinthian church. That did not mean he condoned their carnality as he is going to confront it boldly in the letter but thanks God nonetheless. When dealing with church problems, maintaining a spirit of thanksgiving will help keep our hearts from going sour and bitter.
