An Exhortation of Rest

This lesson was titled; An Exhortation of Rest, the text was taken from Hebrews 3:1-13.

Hebrews 3:1-13. This message explains in-depth by recapping verses 1-6 of chapter three the term 'hold fast.'

You are of His house if you 'hold fast.' Does this mean that one can lose their salvation? The next two messages using the proper context of Numbers 13 & 14 explain the detailed illustration that the writer of Hebrews is trying to relay.

'Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God. But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.'

This text builds up the second warning of the Book of Hebrews. Harden not your heart in unbelief, lest you miss the Rest.
