Gospel Sanctification Part 2

Christ gave Himself to deliver us from this present evil age, which is governed by unseen forces: sin, selfishness, Satan and Sinai. In Christ's death and resurrection we have died to the power of sin. Since we are no longer under sin, we are no longer under law, so the law cannot condemn if there is no sin. If we want to grow in holiness, we must die to the law of Sinai and to the love of self. We now live for Christ and bear fruit for Him. This all works through the new commandment of love. We must love as Christ has loved us.
