Series God's Grace
The Gospel of God's free justifying grace in Christ was preached to the Jews. Many of them professed Christ yet looked for a way to join Judaism and Christ. Finding they couldn't, they returned to their rituals, Laws, ceremonies and Temples. The apostle urged true believers to go on the "perfection" found in Christ. He encouraged them saying, "this we will do, if God permit".
