Closing Exhortations

God works in His people; and often times the way He does it is by using other people. The author of Hebrews urges the readers to "bear with" him in the letter because he has said some difficult things. Yet this is also referred to as a "brief" word. The epistle may shatter some of your presuppositions about Christianity. It will call you away from legalism and point you to Christ. And the book only scratches the surface of the depths of God's word.
