Success in ministry is loving Jesus and being filled with this person and love so that that love flows to others. The cost of sustained love is sustained vulnerability to disappointment, betrayal and hurt. As we willingly surrender ourselves to his purpose and willingly partake of his sufferings we will be given his heart and conformed to his death in such a way.
