This sermon is one of the oldest we have. We hope you’ll enjoy these older sermons. Even though pastor Chronister is in the Beatitudes of Matthew, he has taken us to Genesis. Those of you who are familiar with our pastor’s lectures will understand this as normal for us weird people. If you’re new to us… welcome to Cliffside. Just keep listening. You’ll either like it in a strange kind of way, or you’ll never want to listen again.

We left off last week with Adam’s choice. He choose to be with Eve. Now we move on to the next choice. What stopped Adam from eating from the other tree? Keep in mind that Adam is in the role of Christ… a type of Christ, if you will. Pastor takes us to Genesis 3:24 and he goes about explaining the Hebrew words here. When you hear this you’ll have a whole new understanding of this passage.

This pastor will explain things to you that I’ll bet you’ve never heard before. Be ready to have some of your preconceived ideas challenged at times. To us, it’s refreshing. If you have the same reaction, just face it… You’re weird like us.
