What's the Dirt on You?
Series Special
What's the dirt on you? That's the question that Stan Misiak, one of the elders at East Berlin recently posed to the congregation. Drawing applications from the parable of the sower and the seed, Stanley discusses the preparation of the soil, the different kinds of heart soil, and what each soil needs to be productive. While none of us are to judge another regarding their salvation, we are to be fruit inspectors. And if we do not see spiritual fruit in people's lives, we need to cultivate the ground and continue to sow the seed. Our mission at EBCC is to share Christ and build believers. Stanley gives this an agricultural slant in that our mission is to scatter seed and grow believers. In the end, Stan challenges all of us to be involved in seed scattering, using our individual personalities and style of evangelism.
