Who You Are Now In Christ

Theme: Remember who you are now in Christ and the glorious memberships you hold.
In v. 19a, we see that as believers, we are members of the Kingdom of God. In application, we need to set our affection on our everlasting residence. In v. 19b, we see that we are members of the Household of God. In application, we need to love and welcome our brothers and sisters in Christ.
Paul teaches in vv. 20-22 that we are members of the Temple of God. This should encourage us to remember that the Lord is with us! What a privilege it is to be part of the God's family! This is an incredible membership where we are citizens of the kingdom, family members, and the dwelling place of God. The Lord is with us!
