In his fifth "personal resolution," Jonathan Edwards wrote, "Resolved: Never to lose one moment of minute of time, but to improve it in the most profitable way that I possibly can." This is as fitting a motto for the wise and godly 20th century person as it was for Jonathan Edwards in the 1700's.
